Tai Chi Easy-5 is a 5-form style of Yang Tai Chi that is beneficial from the very start. This practice of developing your personal Qi (energy) can help improve balance and flexibility, strengthen the cardiovascular system, decrease stress, and expand cognitive skills while quieting your mind. You will experience a no-impact system of meditation in motion that Harvard Medical School calls “medication in motion.” Also, recommended by the Mayo Clinic, WebMD, NCCIH, Livestrong.com, and numerous health/fitness organizations. No special equipment is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes such as sneakers, or opt to go barefoot.
