This course is a continuation of the class taught in the fall and will cover the 2nd half of the book. All phases of declarer play including finesses, promotion, setting up long suits, cross-ruffing and other trick-developing plays are revealed in a manner players can understand. The hands give students a chance to review and practice their bidding and improve their play. This course will focus on reaching the best contract, making a plan and doing what must be done to be successful. It is not necessary to have taken the first part of the class, but the book is highly recommended. Play of the Hand in the 21st Century by Audrey Grant.
