An empowered body is a strong body. This mindful movement yoga series is designed to align body with mind. Clients will learn postures with a focus on body-awareness, strength and safe movement to create a sense of flow and connection in their daily lives off the mat. Postures can be adapted to all abilities and skill levels, and will be tailored to each student's goals/needs. Yoga therapy helps you tap into your body's wisdom to de-stress and prioritize your life. No prior yoga experience is required. This class can be recorded (audio only) if you are unable to attend for health reasons. Please bring your own yoga mat.
