Tai Chi Easy is a modified five-to-nine movement style that will help improve your balance, lower your blood pressure, improve your cognitive skills, and make you feel more at peace with yourself and the world. The health benefits of Tai Chi have been promoted by Harvard Medical School, National Institute of Health, physical therapists, and more. This class is for beginners as well as those with prior experience. No special equipment is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and if possible flexible closed shoes such as light sneakers, socks or slippers with nonslip bottoms, or go barefoot. All movements are done slowly and in an upright position.
