Yoga & Meditation will focus on increasing balance, alignment, core strength, flexibility, and spinal stabilization to promote overall health and well-being. Students will practice breath control through integration of energizing and restorative poses, with an emphasis on mindfulness. This class is for all levels of yoga, including those trying yoga for the first time. 10 minutes of guided meditation after 50 minutes of yoga asana practice. Annie Urckfitz is a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor & has completed Yoga Edís Professional Institute II. Bring your own mat; blocks, strap, and towel (optional).
